Exclusive: Monica Lionheart Premieres The Video For “Taylor”

Following on from the release of her second album Missed Connections, PopWrapped premiere Monica Lionheart’s video for her track “Taylor”

Having already achieved success as a member of several bands, upon going solo, Monica Lionheart had huge plans to show the world what she was about through her music.

What followed in the coming months was extensive coverage and strong support from Billboard, Vanity Fair and Blender to name but a few, while fans on both sides of the Atlantic soon found themselves enthralled by her electro-pop sound and style.

Her second solo album Missed Connections was released in January to critical acclaim and PopWrapped are delighted to premiere the video for one of her tracks from the collection titled “Taylor.”

The track is a rather psychedelic little number with a sharp guitar undertone and toe-tapping rhythm. It might be a little slower than some people like, but that laid back style showcases Monica’s smooth vocal and puts it, as it rightly should be, centre stage.

The video was filmed at Art Factory and the track was mastered by Lucius drummer Dan Molad with mastering done by Steve Fallone at Sterling Sound.

Check out the video for “Taylor” below and for more information on Monica Lionheart, visit her website, give her page a like on Facebook or follow her on Twitter. Her music, including her new album Missed Connections can be purchased on itunes.
