MTV2 has renewed two favorites, (Guy Code and Nick Cannon Presents: Wild ‘N Out) as well as picked up two more comedies (Joking Off and Number 2 News). In addition to the new comedies, the network plans on creating a new talk show titled Uncommon Sense with Charlamagne which stars Charlamagne tha God from Guy Code. Uncommon Sense with Charlamagne will feature a set of comedians who converse about popular social media topics. Number 2 News is described by Entertainment Weekly as a show that will "take anything from the internet" and make it funny for its audience. The press release states, "Stunts, animal videos, pranks and epic fails … it’s not exactly news, but we’re pretending it is. The series features the wildest clips in sports, weather, breaking stories and on the scene reporting." According to Entertainment Weekly, Joking Off will be a game show that features young comedians competing against each other. They will be "delivering laugh out loud reactions to the most ridiculous tweets, Instagram images, videos and write-ups ever posted. The teams must avoid getting joked off before one comedian reigns supreme.” Wild 'N Out will continue airing in Winter 2014 and will air its 7th season in 2015. Guy Code will be returning in 2015. No dates have been set for the new comedies.
