Take a listen to what is burning up our #MusicMonday playlist below!

JoJo feat. Wiz Khalifa - "Fuck Apologies"

This week JoJo is kicking off our #MusicMonday festivities with her bad bitch anthem "Fuck Apologies." The Wiz Khalifa-assisted cut is the lead single off her upcoming third studio album, Mad Love, and it is possibly the "Leave (Get Out)" siren's most assertive kiss-off to date. "What you want from me / I would say I'm sorry if I really meant it" she brazenly sings on the chorus, telling off a lover who gave up on their relationship and tried to push all the blame towards her. The track has a solid edge and showcases a confident and carefree side of JoJo that we could come to love. With the appropriate radio cut, the track should become a respectable hit for JoJo. Here's to hoping that Mad Love brings her some well-deserved respect and acclaim!

The Chainsmokers feat. Halsey - "Closer"

The Chainsmokers are back on the scene with "Closer," a new single that should close out the summer and keep things slow burning through the fall. The "not a love song" continues their trend of teaming up with alt-pop vocalists; however, the pair of producers are shaking things up a bit. This time Halsey is delivering a tantalizing vocal alongside Drew Taggart, moving The Chainsmokers beyond simply creating the music. They're also singing on it now! "Closer" is a nostalgia-filled ode to getting back with an ex and regretting the decision, and Drew and Halsey deliver appropriately playful vocals over the striding production. It's a warm number filled with references back to their younger days, and it will be right at home on playlists for the remainder of the year!

Ryan Beatty - "Stay Gold"

This summer has seen Ryan Beatty shedding his shimmering teen pop sound in favor of something that is more evocative and true to his personal aesthetic. Last month the crooner made his reintroduction over the darkly brooding synths on "Passion," and this month he's going for a more alt-rock vibe on new release "Stay Gold." Beatty's vocals are crystalline and clear over the driving instrumental track, and he sounds confident and in control. "It's a new age / but it gets old / so we've gotta stay gotta stay gold" he croons on the chorus, proclaiming himself an old soul with young ambitions. His sonic direction may still be evolving, but "Stay Gold" is a solid sign that Ryan Beatty's time is coming.

Allie X - "Casanova"

As Allie X strives to resolve the tracklist for her upcoming COLLATION II EP, the synth pop hitmaker continues to share potential tracks with her fans. The latest track up for consideration is the piano-driven breakup anthem "Casanova," which arrived on the "Prime" siren's Spotify account in demo form this week. "You're a heavenly creature / with a real dark agenda" Allie X laments over the sparse production. It's hardly a glimmering description of a lover, yet he clearly has ensnared the songstress' heart. On the chorus Allie X makes a bid for freedom from her lover's grasp, attempting to convince herself that this man isn't all that great. Even in demo form, "Casanova" is a compelling listen and a testament to Allie X's pure power. Her vocals are crystal clear and evocative, and we're caught in her web even more with every release.

Martin Garrix and Bebe Rexha - "In The Name Of Love"

Dutch producer Martin Garrix teamed up with Bebe Rexha for #MusicMonday's most glorious release of the week. The track, aptly titled "In The Name Of Love," sees Bebe glorify the power of love and its power to overcome all opposition. Bebe's vocals on the track are utterly jaw dropping; they soar over Garrix's triumphant production and deliver the powerful lyrics with the utmost of emotion. "I wanna testify / scream in the holy light / you bring me back to life / and it's all in the name of love" she belts on the bridge in what may become one of the most gorgeously realized moments this year. Bebe and Garrix have surely struck gold with their collaboration, and it leaves us hoping that they have more joint projects scheduled for the future.

Tiffany Houghton - "Catch Me If You Can"

Rising pop princess Tiffany Houghton makes a big impression on her delectable new release "Catch Me If You Can." The sweet treat sees Houghton at her most alluring, as she challenges a potential fling to keep up with her ambitious plans. With lyrics full of throwback allusions and playful flirting, it's a compelling and promising listen from the rising hitmaker. Tiffany's vocals are particularly powerful on the track, and they're warm and welcoming on the verses. "Catch Me If You Can" is a hot serving of bubblegum pop that reminds listeners of a simpler time and is a welcome addition to any #MusicMonday playlist!

Shawn Mendes - "Three Empty Words"

Shawn Mendes gets contemplative on his latest Illuminate track, "Three Empty Words." Following in the footsteps of last month's "Ruin," the track sees Mendes bearing his heart over a sparse, acoustic instrumentation. On the track, the "Stitches" crooner attempts to make sense of his current relationship, wondering if it may be time to say goodbye. "It might be easier to stay / but it'll never be the same" he sings before announcing that he cannot keep promising his love without really meaning it. The track is a reflective ode to lost love and digs a little deeper than Mendes' recent releases. Referring to the track as one of the most "meaningful" on his impending album, it's refreshing to see the budding heavy hitter growing up before our very eyes.

Ramsey - "The Garden"

Los Angeles rising vocalist Ramsey is at her most enchanting on her latest release "The Garden." On the track, the budding electro artist builds a riveting wall of sound that explodes with lush synths and pulsing drums. It's a captivating release made all the more powerful by the artist's striking vocals. With ever release Ramsey continues to prove that she is one of the most exciting new things in music. Her left of center productions and carefully curated releases embody pure emotions and truly entice listeners.

Matt Gresham - "Small Voices"

The future is looking bright for Australian rising talent Matt Gresham, who is making his #MusicMonday debut this week. After making an appearance on Australian X-Factor the crooner went his own way and has made quite the name for himself. Now he is turning his attention beyond his homeland with current single "Small Voices." Boasting an alt-rock production and his soulful vocals, the track may just make Gresham a household name. The reflective crooner attempts to make a connection with someone on the release, but in order to do so he must reach out from a self-imposed prison. It's an intriguing concept and a powerful listen from the rising talent.

Morgxn - "Notorious"

One of the most promising and mysterious artists to make his debut in 2016 is R&B crooner Morgxn. The rising talent made a strong debut with his evocative "Love You With The Lights" on this June, and now he's back on the scene with the equally impressive "notorious." On the track Morgxn layers his vocals over aural synths and marching drums. The rebellious track sees him lashing out against the establishment in an attempt to do things his own way. It lacks some of the immediacy that was awarded alongside the intimacy on his debut; however, "notorious" continues to unravel the mystery of our favorite up and comer.

Britt Nicole - "Through Your Eyes"

Nashville singer songwriter Britt Nicole is absolutely empowering on her new release "Through Your Eyes." The track delves into her religious upbringing, as Britt proclaims that she has found herself and her mission through God. It's an inspirational message, delivered over a tropically inspired production that would be right at home in clubs this summer. Britt's vocals are warm and welcoming, and they invite listeners to follow her along a path towards self-realization and redemption.

The Shires - "Beats To Your Rhythm"

One of the UK's brightest country acts, The Shires return to the scene and make their #MusicMonday debut with new single "Beat To Your Rhythm." The striding country-pop crossover track is set to kick off their second album and features their bright vocals over a lush instrumental. "You bring out the best in mind / my heart beats to your rhythm" they proclaim to their loved ones on the bright chorus. The track showcases all of The Shires's best features and should net the pair some crossover success and maybe a spot on the country charts in America as well as the UK!

Coyote Kisses feat. Madison Love - "Waiting For You"

[soundcloud url="" params="auto_play=false&hide_related=false&show_comments=true&show_user=true&show_reposts=false&visual=true" width="100%" height="450" iframe="true" /]

Florida-born production duo Coyote Kisses have teamed up with rising vocalist Madison Love for their delectably unhinged "Waiting For You." The track sees Love airing her frustrations with a lover but vowing to wait for him to return to her over a series of sick beat drops and switch-ups. The production is tight and Love's vocals are enticing making for an unexpected but emotional ride.

Tyler Colt - "Come Home"

Hailing from California, rising pop rocker Tyler Colt makes a big impression on current single "Come Home." The multi-instrumental singer songwriter delivers a powerful performance on the track, serving impassioned vocals over a rocking live production. Singing to a former lover, Colt begs for one last chance at their relationship. "I tried to keep you right here with me time after time / these questions I'm left here like / I gotta know when you are coming home" he croons on the track making one last effort to make things right with his lover. It's a fun pop rock anthem that will round out this week's #MusicMonday festivities.

Yasmeen - "Selfish"

Serving larger than life vocals and pure emotion, rising talent Yasmeen makes a huge impression with new single "Selfish." On the track the 25 year old songstress proclaims her dreams to see her name in lights. With such big dreams Yasmeen is not afraid to admit that she needs to be a little selfish to get her way. Stating that the song was born out of "desperation," the rising talent realized that she needed to take care of herself in order to succeed. The evocative performance proves that she has the wherewithal to achieve her dreams while simultaneously showcasing her impressive sound. This is the first time we're seeing the newcomer on #MusicMonday, but we're willing to predict that it won't be the last.

MOONZz - "Wonder"

[soundcloud url="" params="auto_play=false&hide_related=false&show_comments=true&show_user=true&show_reposts=false&visual=true" width="100%" height="450" iframe="true" /]

Singer songwriter Molly Williams, also know as MOONZz, takes listeners into the future with her bold new release "Wonder." Serving as the lead single off her impending EP Trust Cycles, the track is an electro-kissed trip towards the stars alongside her powerful voice. "I wonder do you ever wonder too" she croons over the aural production. "Wonder" is a lush and explosive release from the rising talent, and it's one that we'll be keeping on our playlists for quite some time!

Sons of Sonix feat. Melanie C - "Numb"

Watch out folks; we've got a former Spice Girl closing out this week's #MusicMonday, and Melanie C is doing it big on her Sons of Sonix-assisted "Numb." Formerly known as Sport Spice, Melanie has carried her musical career beyond her tenure with the biggest girl group in eons. On her latest release she has teamed up with UK electro team Sons of Sonix for a wild ride along sliding synths and blaring horns. "Don't keep it together, oh, let it run away / don't hold back the river, let go, let it run away / before it makes you numb" she sings on the glorious chorus. The wild and free concept is empowering and perfectly complimented by the joyful production. It's a fantastic way to close out a playlist and kick off another week!
