The music world has another track to bill under “unlikely pairing producing a hit song” as pop legend Celine Dion and soulful crooner Ne-Yo have joined forces to do just that.
The song is called “Incredible,” and for many, it’s aptly-named. Dion may be past her peak in the industry, but there’s no denying that her vocals are always spot-on; and as for Ne-Yo, he adds a certain edge to the ensemble that you wouldn’t know it needed until you heard it.
It was actually Celine’s son who persuaded her to cut the single, according to Dion herself: “He said, ‘Mom, you don’t even have to listen to the song. You have to do it’.”

The track is off Celine’s record Loved Me Back to Life, released on November 1, 2013. Ne-Yo also has an upcoming album in the form of Non Fiction, set to be released September 30.
