Netflix Unveils ‘Daredevil’ Trailer In Its Entirety

Netflix has now revealed the very first, full-length trailer for its upcoming, Marvel television series, ‘Daredevil’.

Netflix has been offering more and more original series and the latest team-up with Marvel will definitely bear even more fruit. With Daredevil on the way for this coming spring, the network unveiled a preview of the trailer yesterday, but has now gone and shared the full thing.

The newly released teaser trailer finds Charlie Cox in action as Matt Murdock, getting his black, ninja-like suit on. The very first clip from Daredevil finds its protagonist confessing for his body of work in church, as he’s fighting crime in New York. The blind man’s senses reach crazy extremes in the process and he’s more badass than ever!

Completely out of the water as it might seem, the teaser trailer makes Daredevil look a lot like The CW’s hit series, Arrow. It’s true that the two shows do share some common spots, with both main characters seeking revenge for their respective fathers in the beginning, before they go into a full save-the-city vigilante mode. Not that it’s a bad thing really, but hopefully it won’t be that noticeable in the actual drama.

Vincent D’Onofrio, Rosario Dawson, Ellen Henson and Deborah Ann Woll will be surrounding Charlie Cox’s performance. The 13-episode first season of Daredevil is scheduled to premiere on Netflix all at once, on April 10, and will also be available in 4K, a quality higher than Ultra High Definition. Take a look at the trailer below.
