Meet Benny (aka Ben J. Pierce): a self described “passionate eyebrow activist” and actor, according to his Tumblr. Now he’s making his way on to the music scene with a song that tackles the modern issue of gender roles in society, focusing on how damaging it is to both young girls and boys.

The powerful video for “Little Game” features the sharp contrast between boys and girls individually, and then what happens if you decide to burst from the bubble and don’t “play our little game.”

According to his professional Tumblr, “Little Game” is a “dark alternative pop narrative on gender roles and gender equality. The video demonstrates the skewed enforcement of falling into masculine and feminine archetypes.”

One of the best parts about it? It’s self-directed, self-produced, and self-written by a 15-year-old. It’s also earned the praise of our favorite Youtuber Tyler Oakley.
