Hiddlestoners of Northern Ireland rejoice, Tom will soon set his gorgeous feet upon your soil! The incomparable Mr. Hiddleston’s forthcoming film High Rise is scheduled to begin production in Northern Ireland this July.
High Rise, directed by Ben Wheatley, is based on the 1975 novel by J.G. Ballard which focuses on the mayhem and violence that ensues when residents of a high-tech apartment building descend into isolation and madness.
With the much-in-demand actor currently in the thick of shooting the Gothic Horror flick Crimson Peak in Toronto, let’s hope the Hiddles will be able to catch at least a little bit of a holiday before the High Rise filming begins!
