It has been quite an exciting day for One Direction fans. The band surprised their supporters by announcing their upcoming, fourth studio album, titled FOUR. Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson, Liam Payne, and Niall Horan announced they would be dropping the record on November 17 via Syco and got it available for pre-order on iTunes, while they also unleashed the official artwork, which can be seen above.

The boys went on to release a 24-hour free, promotional single, “Fireproof”, which finds them teaming up with former collaborators, John Ryan, Jamie Scott and Julian Bunetta. The track is driven by guitar riffs and drum beats, but its sound is more mature than what they have offered in the past. The melody is still incredibly catchy though and stays current, something they are well-known for. You can give the track a listen below.

After the incredibly successful era of their previous effort, Midnight Memories, these guys have a new treat for the fans and it’s coming really soon. With the album out in a few months, the promotion of the era is just about to start and it is very much possible that they once again repeat the success of their previous LPs. Check out how they made the announcement and what they had to say.
