Captain America: Civil War is shaping up to the biggest movie event of 2016, and with good reason. With a whos-who cast of actors lead by Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr. and Scarlett Johannson, the film will also be introducing The Avengers team to Marvel legends Spider-Man, Black Panther, and the newly debuted Ant-Man.
But if new reports are true, the film may also be marking the debut of another important Spider-Man character. According to Heroic Hollywood, Marissa Tomei will be making her debut in the film as the legendary May Parker.
In case you forgot, May (known commonly as Auntie May) is Peter's sole guardian after both his parents die.
According to Heroic Hollywood, Marissa Tomei was on the Civil War set to film scenes as May Parker. Just last week, a photo surfaced of furniture supposedly used to furnish the set of Peter Parker’s bedroom, so it seems quite possible that Aunt May was in the bedroom with Peter.
