Paul Walker Planned To Quit Hollywood For Fatherhood

Almost a year after Paul Walker’s tragic death, his father revealed that the actor intended to leave his Hollywood career behind to spend time as a father.

Paul Walker found tragic death on November 30 of last year and it’s soon going to be a year since his car accident took place. With his father giving several interviews as days go by, he not only discusses his feelings regarding the loss of his son, but also some of his upcoming plans.

The poor man can’t hide that losing his beloved son cost him, stating that he’s missed throughout the family and he always will be. Among other things, Paul Walker’s father discussed how his son wanted to leave his Hollywood career behind, so that he could live a normal life with his own family and be a full-time father for his daughter. In his own words:

Paul was planning on taking a break from starring in movies, and stepping away from Hollywood to spend more time with Meadow. He was so proud of her, she is incredibly intelligent and beautiful, and Paul wanted to be there for her as she grew up. In fact he would have swapped his Hollywood fame for the quiet life with Meadow. Paul wasn’t big on fame and preferred to live modestly. But he signed on for the Agent 47 movie about a hit man, and it was already agreed that if it was successful there would be three further movies made. That was something he confessed to me he wished he hadn’t done because he wanted to be with Meadow.

If anything, it’s really sad to hear about Paul Walker’s future plans and intentions, now that he’s not actually here to make them come true. Even though a departure from Hollywood would have left his fans disappointed, it seems ideal now that a tragic ending has been put to his story.
