Our lives have been inundated lately with news and updates about the crisis in Syria. President Obama has been urging Congress to green-light a limited military presence in Syria via every news and media outlet available, and while he has been campaigning, CBS and PBS landed their biggest whale in years: an interview with Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.

On Tuesday, the POTUS will air a live plea imploring the nation to get behind his proposed strike which would include limited military presence in Syria.

The address is expected to interrupt regular scheduled programming tomorrow night at around 9 p.m., EST. However, NBC assured Variety that Obama’s speech will not interfere with their smash-hit game show, Million Second Quiz, which is a live broadcast. Well, I feel much better now.
