Ebola is a really scary disease, and has been terrifying everyone around the globe. It’s only normal, then, that no one gets to make jokes about such a serious matter, especially when they are on a plane. Well, someone chose to do so! Not only does he win a stupidity award, but he also got escorted from the plane…in handcuffs!

During one of  US Airways flights from Philadelfia, the passenger decided to make a joke about being infected with Ebola, right after he sneezed. At the time, the flight had landed in the Dominican Republic. The passenger decided to take advantage of his random sneeze and let everyone know they were screwed, because he was infected with the deadly virus.

A scary event followed, as the passenger was rushed off the plane in handcuffs. “I ain’t from Africa, shit!”, he was heard saying while being escorted outside. Funny thing about it is, a flight attendant who later talked with the passengers about the incident said her experience told he was only an idiot. During his departure, he was booed by the rest of the passengers.

Rightfully so.
