For those of you who don’t know about it, Guardians of the Galaxy is an upcoming American film based on the Marvel Comics superhero team of the same name.
The film will be produced by Marvel Studios and, like it has always been in the Marvel Universe, (drum roll please), it has been confirmed that it will be connected to Avengers 3.
GotG director, James Gunn himself confirmed this by just simply saying, “We are definitely connected to Avengers 3.”
But honestly, we all knew this was sort of coming, due to that goosebumps- inducing line at the end of Avengers, when Thanos, who later was confirmed as the ‘Master’ (Or in non- fandom language, the really big bad guy who had sent Loki to control the Earth), said something about humans being unruly,therefore they can’t be ruled. Chills man.
This is exactly the reason why I, for one, cannot wait for him to be the villain-what about you guys?
Will the Avengers fight Thanos in Avengers: Age of Ultron?
Will the Guardians and Avengers team up?
Will there be more amazing crossovers such as these?
I guess we will just have to wait and see.
Avengers: Age of Ultron is scheduled for release on May 1, 2015 and GotG on August 1, 2014.
