New episodes of Da Ali G Show haven’t been seen on US televisions since August 2004, when the series ended. Previously unaired episodes of Sacha Baron Cohen’s satirical comedy are now set to be released in 2014 in the US, on FXX. These unaired episodes are the original British run of the show, which aired between March and May 2000, are different to the 12 episodes that were aired on HBO, in both the UK and the US. The first six episodes contained some scripted aspects, was filmed in the UK and various other parts of Europe as well as guest music appearances that naturally, Baron Cohen ruined. It won’t just be these unseen episode titled Ali G: Rezurection though. Baron Cohen is filming new introductions for them as well. Nick Grad, FX Networks and FX Productions president of original programming said: “We're thrilled to be in business with Sacha Baron Cohen. He is an amazing talent, and we look forward to him developing new series for FXP. We're also excited to introduce Da Ali G Show and Sacha's characters to a new audience on FXX. And we can't wait to see how he will incorporate new, original content in the episodes.” If this wasn’t enough Sacha Baron Cohen for you, then I have some more great news. The actor has gone back to his original style: Mockumentaries. His next challenge is to take on the persona of a stereotypical Northern Football Hooligan, effectively creating one of his most controversial characters to date. Baron Cohen is rumoured to be giving abuse to both the referees and the fans, whilst also interacting with various fans and celebrities. Of course, it would be difficult for him to ever top the controversy caused by his anti-Semitic song when playing the character Borat. I’m sure many would love to see him try to top it. http://www.Twitter.com/PopWrapped https://pop-wrapped.tumblr.com http://www.SoundCloud.com/PopWrapped http://www.Facebook.com/PopWrapped http://www.Instagram.com/PopWrapped http://www.Pinterest.com/PopWrapped http://www.YouTube.com/PopWrapped https://pop-wrapped.wordpress.com http://www.PopWrapped.com
