It looks like Prince is taking his work home with him! The iconic singer has unveiled his plans to host a concert at Paisley Park Studios in Minnesota – his home. The show will take place at 9pm CDT tomorrow (October 5), and will cost a $50 “donation” fee at the door. No advance tickets will be available. City Pages reports that the 55-year-old star will bring back New Power Generation (his former band) and will perform with 3rdEyeGirl, his current all-girl band. Hannah Ford, drummer for New Power Generation, said that they just wanted to open Paisley to the public, and invite Minnesota and anyone who wanted to come, DigitalSpy reports. "[It's] a spur-of-the-moment event to spend time with our community and throw a big concert for everybody and show off some of the stuff we're working on," she said. Earlier this summer, Prince wrapped up a US tour with 3rdEyeGirl. He plans to release an LP with the group before the years end, titled Plectrum Electrum. The singer told V Magazine that the tour and album is more about getting the women’s careers started. "It's not even about me anymore," he said. Prince completed a US tour with earlier this summer and is expected to release an LP with the group - titled  - before the end of the year. This live performance will be Paisley Park’s first public opening in four years. For those of us not lucky enough to attend the event, here is a sneak peek of New Power Generation's new song "Big City". [soundcloud url="" width="100%" height="166" iframe="true" /]
