As you have no doubt learned from other stories on our site, Project UROK is a not-for-profit organization focused on bringing awareness to mental illness and health. They conduct interviews with celebrities and allow anyone who logs on to their site to record and upload videos with their own stories.

Since April 2015, the company has produced numerous videos with young individuals covering a wide range of emotions and stories surrounding mental illness. These videos serve as a means of support, to show viewers that they are not alone in their struggles.

In the spirit of #GivingTuesday, Project UROK is encouraging everyone to share their stories. You can do this by uploading your own video, watching other videos, commenting, or even donating to their cause.

Whatever way you choose to show your support, no contribution is too small.

You can also help spread awareness by joining the call for #MyHungerGames, a collaboration between Project UROK and the Harry Potter Alliance. You can read more about it in our previous post or on their website.

Happy Giving Tuesday!
