(Missed last week's episode? Check out the recap here.)
Alex and Ryan break into an empty house so that she can remove the bullet from his stomach. Once that's done, they watch Clayton doing a press conference on television about the search for them. During the event, the electronics in the room start to go haywire; someone hacked Clayton's computer and released all of the classified documents about the investigation on TV.
Mia and Duncan, the hackers who helped Alex, come to help Alex decipher the documents that were leaked. Judging from what they gather, Grand Central was a dry run and a much more dangerous attack is coming.
Duncan, amazingly, hacks into an FBI SUV and brings it to the house to help Alex and Ryan to escape; they have the resources to get them out of the country. But Alex doesn't want to leave knowing she's still hunted.
At headquarters, Clayton needs to find out who hacked the FBI. He's convinced that Shelby was turned, and is helping a criminal. She, for some reason, can't believe he doesn't trust her.
At Quantico, Ryan and Alex found evidence that her mother may actually be Pakistani intelligence. Which makes finding out the truth about her father a lot more complicated…
Caleb finds out that Clayton deleted an email that could've exonerated Alex. Clayton did it because it would've traced him back to a rendezvous with Shelby; he doesn't want his wife, a politician, to face any of the repercussions. What a scumbag.
At Quantico, Alex managed to get Liam to admit that he was responsible for a bombing in Omaha; Alex’s father and a dozen other agents were involved as well, so they all covered it up. Alex’s mother had nothing to do with it (although, who knows...Liam is a great liar).
Duncan takes Alex and Ryan to a helicopter, but Alex doesn't tell Ryan that she isn't going with him until it's too late for him to stop her. He seriously didn't see that coming?!
In a predictable turn of events, Alex walks right into the FBI headquarters. As Clayton approaches and two agents restrain her, she tells them that there's another bomb hidden somewhere in the city.
