Are you a fan of Radiohead? Well if the answer is yes, then you can happily rejoice. According to Jonny Greenwood, the bandmates found their way to the studio and are currently working on new material for their upcoming record. Jonny Greenwood is Radiohead’s guitarist and recently paid a visit to one of BBC’s radio shows, David Prever at Drivetime. During the interview, the guitarist revealed that the rest of the line-up was in the studio at the time and he was running late. In his own words about Radiohead’s latest sessions:
"I always feel as when we start up like we still don’t know really how to do it, and we don’t know quite what to do. ‘Looking down avenues’ is a very kind way of putting the kind of fumbling that we do, mainly because every time we try and do it like the last time because that worked, it never seems to work. So we talk about different approaches and we’re currently trying a bunch out."
"Creep" hitmakers Thom Yorke, Jonny Greenwood, Colin Greenwood, Phil Selway and Ed O’Brien are very well into their recording sessions. Even though nothing has been scheduled yet, they are in the early stages of a new era. Radiohead's forthcoming studio album will serve as the follow-up to 2011’s The King Of Limbs, which spawned the critically acclaimed single, “Lotus Flower”.
