So much for the rumors surrounding Rosie Perez.

In a breaking story, Rosie O’Donnell has QUIT The View after returning this season.

The actress/comedienne will exit the daytime talk show in order to spend time with her family in the news that she and wife Michelle Rounds have split.

Page Six is reporting that O’Donnell and Rounds have been living apart for months and now that the split has been made official, Rosie wants to concentrate on her 5 children.

In a statement tonight from O’Donnell’s rep:

“I can confirm that Rosie and her wife Michelle split in November. Rosie has teens and an infant at home that need her attention. This has been a very stressful situation. She is putting her personal health and family first. ABC has been wonderfully understanding and supportive of her personal decision to leave ‘The View.’ Next week will be her last.”
