Rosie O’Donnell has had a long, storied career and yet a new professional highlight is upon is. She returns to ABC’s daytime chat fest, The View, on Monday.

After hosting her own immensely successful talk show for six years, she did various projects including penning two best selling books, a Broadway production, a magazine and, of course, one tumultuous season on The View.  That single season with Rosie as the moderator had ratings skyrocket nearly 30%. Ratings dropped after Rosie left, except for her two appearances in the seven years since.

You may not always have agreed with Rosie – looking at you Donald Trump – but you had to respect someone that so openly and honestly put it all out there for the world to see  – not looking at you, Donald Trump.
