S Club 7 Members Take To Twitter Fueling More Rumors Of A Possible Reunion

If you were a kid of the '90s, like many, you're probably still extremely enthusiastic about the re-runs of old TV shows, boy bands, scrunchies, Furby and all of the other wonderful things that the era brought us. If that's the case, then you probably remember S Club 7, too! Everyone is a big sucker for reunion shows or spin offs of some of the greats from their childhood. Well get ready, because they might be reuniting soon, if band member, Paul Cattermole's wish comes true. Cattermole took to Twitter to reach out to the other members about possibly getting back together, saying, Cattermole left the group due to "creative differences" back in 2002, but it seems like he's ready to give it another try. Hannah teased, replying, Bandmates Jo O'Meara and Bradley McIntosh have joined Cattermole for a small reunion, which was announced in 2008, performing around clubs, pubs and festivals in the UK. However, fans have missed the other four members. Backup dancers would try to fill the shoes of the others who would have been doing choreography, and let's face it, it just hasn't been the same. The band first appeared on the scene in 1999 with their TV series, Miami 7, which was on CBBC and BBC One, and later retitled S Club 7 in Miami when they made their way to the US, which aired on Fox Family (now ABC Family). In addition to their television series’, the group reached number-one on the United Kingdom singles charts with "Bring It All Back," had their own line of fashion dolls with Hasbro and an official magazine, fan club and scrapbook. They pretty much had it all. There have been countless rumors over the years of a reunion, but so far nothing has ever come of it. In fact, earlier in December, the idea was tossed around that the band would appear on The Big Reunion show, but Rachel Stevens wasn't so sure of it, according to Digital Spy. Stevens said, "It's a great show, but I think for us, there's seven of us...Seven of us getting back together, we're all at very different places so [I don't know]." She added, "But it's a great show; it's that nostalgia that everyone wants to see. "We've been in touch and everyone obviously has such fond memories of the band. If it was for the right thing and a celebration of what we had, I don't see why not at some point." She just doesn't see it happening "any time soon," since she is pregnant with her second child. So, it looks like those dance numbers would be rather difficult to do. Only time will tell, but it sounds like there's still a lot of hope for everyone to be on board. All of us at Pop Wrapped will be crossing our fingers for that. Until the reunion actually happens, maybe this music video will bring you a blast from the past. Turn up the volume, sing at the top of your lungs and pretend that you're back in your youth. It's what S Club 7 would want!
