MTV has provided us with a teaser for the upcoming second season of their popular horror franchise Scream, set to premiere on May 30.

Scream team it’s almost that time!

The MTV horror series is gearing up for its second season set to premiere next month and today the first official teaser for the entertainingly eerie television adaptation debuted, courtesy of MTV! The teaser includes a look at our favorite returning Lakewood teens (Jake, Brooke, Kieran, Emma, Audrey and Noah) with a hint of duplicity coming from the group of main characters. The promo is brief but switches between each one with reference of the Brandon James mask and causes us to question just which one of them could be involved in the series of murders that will begin again soon enough.

The first season was so well produced that every little piece of information for the second season has me on edge and eager to discover what they’ve concocted for horror fans in the near future. Take a look at the official season 2 teaser trailer below and let us know who you’re most excited to see return to Scream on Monday May 30th (a day earlier than they previously planned on.) If you haven’t finished season 1, make sure to binge watch as soon as possible or pick it up on DVD next month – it’s certainly worth your time!
