Kathryn Prescott has been selected to star in MTV’s new series, Finding Carter. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the former Skins actress is set to star in the pilot of the new coming of age series. Emily Sliver, writer for Bones, has also written the script for Finding Carter, along with Terri Minsky. Anna-Jacoby Heron (Contagion) will play Carter’s fraternal twin sister, Taylor, with whom Carter shares an almost instant connection once they are reunited. Zach Pullman will be playing Grant, Carter’s little brother, who was born after his sister was kidnapped and who refers to himself as “the replacement child.” Nolan Stillo will play Gabe, of friend of Taylor’s who becomes attracted to Carter and happens to be the son of a police officer. Former Lost star, Cynthia Watros, has also signed on to be in the pilot episode. Kathryn Prescott played Emily Fitch in Skins; and can also be seen in Being Human, Bedlam and Casualty.
