Oh dear, Ron Perlman admitted he has received angry messages from fans of Sons of Anarchy who want to see his character die.
“He’s a ‘my way or the highway’ kinda guy, and he’s unequivocal. That’s been the most challenging thing about playing him, because I don’t think like he does” Perlman said at SDCC.
The Hellboy star explained that fans of the series have expressed their frustration at him since he joined twitter.
“It’s pretty brutal, man! There’s so many people who just [write] ‘I wanna see that motherf*ck*r dead!’ – I see it 100 times a day or more. It’s hell being Clay, but y’know… that’s what I signed on for”.
Hang in there, Ron! It means you are doing a great job!
Sons of Anarchy’s sixth season begins on September 10th in the US.
