Looks like the crossover between Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl and DC’s Legends of Tomorrow has officially begun. Stephen Amell (Oliver Queen) took to twitter yesterday and teased fans with a photo of some pretty well known pairs of feet.

The famous unmistakable footwear alongside Amell (Arrow) is Grant Gustin’s Barry Allen (The Flash), Melissa Benoist’s Kara Danvers (Supergirl), Caity Lotz’ Sara Lance and Brandon Routh’s Ray Palmer (DC’s Legends of Tomorrow).

As far as the plot goes it is currently unclear if the ‘flashpoint’ event that occurred at the end of The Flash will play into this year’s crossover event. What we do know is that the flashpoint will have some effect on Arrow (although we aren’t sure how) however, it won’t last all season 3 of The Flash. With that said, with such a mighty group of heroes especially with the addition of Supergirl (who will make her CW debut after being on CBS for season one.) will make for one hell of a cross-over.

Producer Greg Berlanti has hinted that he’s looking for a challenge along with a good villain for the collective set of heroes of Supergirl, The Flash, Arrow and Legends of Tomorrow.

Although it seems to early to be filming the episodes that will premiere in December. It is very likely that the teams were brought together for a pre-season promotional photo shoot.

No further details have arose about  when the four-way Cross over will premiere or the premise of the episodes will be. However we can’t wait to hear about it.

The fall CW slate will kick off the Superheroes launch  with new seasons starting Tuesday October 4th with season three of The Flash. Following Wednesday October 5th with season five of Arrow. Then Supergirl Season two starts Monday October 10th and rounding off with DC’s Legends of Tomorrow Season 2 on Thursday October 13th.
