Here we go.
All of the news surrounding 7th Heaven
star Stephen Collins is reaching a high right now, and things just got worse with the 2014 divorce documents being made public.
In the documents, Collins' soon to be ex-wife Faye Grant calls him a pedophile with "a long term pattern of sexually molesting children."
She continues to say she is "sickened by Stephen's actions"
and that she
"urged Stephen multiple times to seek treatment for pedophilia, but he has refused to seek proper help or hospitalization for the predilection toward children."
She stands by that she had no knowledge of ANY of Stephen's actions prior to him revealing them in the 2012 audio confession.
Also, according to TMZ, Fay is revealing yet another damaging secret, and it's very disturbing. It's also playing with fire, because it may be fabricated.
The comment you made just before I gave birth to our daughter when you said you hoped we didn't have a little boy, because 'you just didn't know if you could keep his little penis out of your mouth' was indication enough that you were sick ...
Considering that Stephen's confession was about young girls, this seems completely off side.
Now, sources close to Stephen are claiming these allegations are 100% untrue. Stephen's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan is now blasting Faye for all of these comments and also putting her on notice, revealing that she's doing this to milk Stephen dry of millions.
Over the course of my representation of Stephen in the divorce case, Faye has repeatedly threatened to give this audiotape to the media unless Stephen agreed to pay her millions of dollars more than that to which she was legally entitled.
When these demands were rebuffed, Faye attempted -- without success -- to peddle the tape in numerous ways to numerous different people. It appears that she has finally found an audience for this tape -- not surprisingly, on the eve of the trial in the divorce case where, again, she is seeking millions of dollars more than that to which she is legally entitled.
Someone after someone's money in a divorce case? UNHEARD OF!
Kaplan also revealed that he couldn't speak directly about the confession and audio tape.
Time for me to throw in my two cents.
No matter how vindictive Grant may look trying to get money, Collins is guilty of what he's being attacked for. He confessed. On tape. He's still the monster in all of this.
However, if Grant has been sitting on this tape for the past two years, does that not make her an accessory after the fact?
Sound off on what you think guys, and stay tuned as this story gets more and more publicity.
