Staff Writernot true. Though Fey does agree that she and Lohan did have a discussion about bringing the gang back together for a real Mean Girls sequel, Fey says an actual movie will not happen. Fey talked to Access Hollywood and explained that she saw Lindsay on Jimmy Kimmel's new show, and they even did a skit together. At one point, she told Lohan, "Oh, I think someone may call us about doing some kind of reunion because next month is the tenth anniversary of the movie." She went on to say, "But it’s not like — it’s not another movie. At most, it would be, like, a panel discussion with a plate of hot wings.” Fans of the film, like Jennifer Lawrence, Mariah Carey, and well...me, are definitely a little disappointed. Though a follow-up to "Mean Girls" would be...fetch...it seems like we won't be fortunate enough to see it at this point. Thank goodness for DVD.
