Nine-year-old Aiden Steward of Kermit, Texas is a fan of his movies!

After viewing The Hobbit: The Battle of Five Armies, he placed a replica ring on his friend’s head and claimed to be able to make him disappear!

Aiden got suspended for it, and this isn’t his first suspension either. He was also suspended for referring to a classmate as black and bringing a book that had a pregnant woman in it that his teacher did not agree with.

I don’t really agree with the suspension over a ring, it seems a bit harsh. Even his father made a comical comment about the suspension. Jason Steward explained to the school through email, “I assure you my son lacks the magical powers necessary to threaten his friends existence and I’m sure if he did, he would bring him back.”
