There’s no stopping Taylor Swift when it comes to the promotion of her fifth studio album, 1989. After quite some successful singles and huge record sales, the songstress has picked “Bad Blood” to be her next single and premiered the accompanying music video, which is filled with familiar faces! The Joseph Kahn-directed visuals find Taylor Swift in killer mode, being out for blood. Starring as Catastrophe, she and her friend Arsyn (Selena Gomez) steal a suitcase, but the latter kicks her out of the window and keeps it for herself. So she’s taken to Welvin Da Great’s (Kendrick Lamar) facility to be fixed by Lucky Fiori (Lena Dunham) and the Trinity (Hailee Steinfeld). Once she’s fixed, Catastrophe is trained into an assasin by a whole lot of specialists, played by Lily Aldridge, Zendaya, Ellie Goulding, Karlie Kloss, Gigi Hadid, Hayley Williams, Jessica Alba, Martha Hunt, Serayah McNeil, Cara Delevigne, Mariska Hargitay, Ellen Pompeo and Cindy Crawford. Now what a cast that is! Eventually, the songstress takes some of her girls and they all face Arsyn and her bitches, but we never find out who wins. The Kendrick Lamar-featuring remix of the Max Martin and Shellback-crafted “Bad Blood” is the fourth official single to be lifted from the songstress’ latest studio album, 1989. It serves as a follow-up to “Shake It Off”, “Blank Space” and “Style”, while it is rumored to be about the rumored conflict between Taylor Swift and Katy Perry. Check out the music video below.
