Everybody who follows celebrity news knows that Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran are the best of friends. So much so that they already have accumulated great stories about their adventures with (or in this case without) each other.
So when Taylor Swift popped down to be interviewed
at BBC Radio 1's Breakfast Show ahead of the Brit Awards last week, where Ed Sheeran was guest co-hosting with Nick Grimshaw, she was able to share some of these stories with the listeners.
One tale that stood out above the rest, was the one time when both stars were touring in the United States and Ed Sheeran took out
Taylor Swift's back-up dancers to a gay strip club and chose not to invite her.
"He just didn't invite me, and then he told me the next day. I was sadsies!" Taylor said.
The club was called 'Swinging Richards' and it is located in Atlanta. Taylor did miss out, because it was one of the dancers' birthday, and Ed, ever so generous, actually paid for a private session for the celebrant!
Taylor also revealed that she and Ed had to hide in a bathroom when police were trying to shut down an after Grammys party at Mark Ronson's hotel room. ‘We had to hide in a bathroom! I grabbed Ed and was like, ‘Cops are here, come with me!' Who would've thought I'd be the one who knew how to get away from the police?' Taylor said.
Now that is true friendship right there.
