The Mad Men crew didn’t give much away about the final season. The team gathered to answer questons at the Paley Center for Media in New York City on Friday.  Show producer, Matt Weiner, was practically silent the entire time, not letting one plot line escape from his lips.  In fact, Weiner wouldn’t answer any questions; he let his cast answer for him. The cast, though short on spoilers, did express how sad they were that the show was ending. Season 7 starts filming next week, and, as Jon Hamm put it, “We’re in some phase of grief at this point and it’s probably denial. We’re collectively starting to realize that the end is coming faster than we thought it was.” Jessica Pare and Christiana Hendricks both shared how emotional they were about the series finale, saying they would “cry everyday” and “savor every second” they have left with the cast and crew. Weiner sat down for a phone interview with The Daily Beast, where he revealed that Season 7 will be “about the consequences of Don Draper’s actions.” When Season 6 ended, we saw Draper’s life go down the drain. The “consequences” that Weiner speaks of will most likely center around the consequences of Don Draper's decisions. Check out the trailer for Mad Men's seventh and final season below!
