a nd gents, as you know, Tom Hardy is one of the best actors (totally not biased AT ALL) in Hollywood, and he's got the roles to prove it.
After starring in one of the summer's hottest action films, Mad Max: Fury Road, it's no surprise Hardy is geared up for more roles -- and, by that, I mean harder roles. Later this year, he's starring in a movie as twins, portraying the both of them. And did you see Bronson? That film was spectacular, and he fit into the role perfectly.
So, is it a surprise to see him as a possibility to star in one of the most popular series of movies, a role that will be highly criticized --
James Bond? Absolutely not. Hardy is anything but mediocre, and you can surely expect the same from his roles.
Hardy has the best odds right now, says BoyleSports, an online betting firm. Hardy is against other candidates such as Idris Elba, Damian Lewis, and Henry Cavill, though no one's odds are currently as good as Hardy's. Longer shots in the gamble are Orlando Bloom, Michael Fassbender, Dominic West, and professional footballer (soccer player) David Beckham.
Hardy was asked about the role and responded with, "I think anybody would consider doing Bond, wouldn’t they?"
I'll be excited to see Tom Hardy as 007, it would probably be the first 007 I watched. Do you think they would show his tattoos? Okay, I might need to go lay down...
