Dial It To 11: The Top 2015 Billboard Music Awards Performances To Watch | billboard music awards

There has been a lull in the music awards scene for a couple months and thank goodness that it's about to come to an end. Tonight is the 2015 Billboard Music Awards, straight from the crazy city of Las Vegas. We'll have the seriously perfect Chrissy Teigen and Ludacris hosting this year, so you can bet your butts it's going to be a fantastic show.

Every awards show has that one performance that the world buzzes about for days, if not years. While it's hard to tell who will come out on stage and basically set Twitter on fire, here's a few performers that I insist you catch:

Fifth Harmony

In the last few months, I've had the pleasure of discovering the empowering ladies of Fifth Harmony and regularly jam to them. And by jam, I mean destroy my car speakers. These American X-Factor veterans are going to make  heads turn at the BBMA's with their latest single, "Worth It":

Britney Spears + Iggy Azalea

Let's do some math: 1 princess of pop + 1 world-dominating rapper = a show for the ages. Iggy always puts on a fantastic show and well... Britney is Britney. Bow to the princess, ya'll. These two are going to unleash "Pretty Girls" onto the Las Vegas crowd, who I envy greatly:

Fall Out Boy + Wiz Khalifa

If you, like me, are tilting your head to one side and desperately trying to figure out how this mash-up is going to work... you are not alone. Catch this performance not only for two great artists, but to see what in the hell they're going to bring together - it's bound to be outrageous. To hold you off until tonight, listen to Fall Out Boy's latest song, "Uma Thurman":

Nicki Minaj + David Guetta

"Hey Mama" is the latest collaboration between Nicki Minaj and David Guetta, with Afrojack adding a little more flavor to the track. If you loved "Turn Me On", you are absolutely in for a treat. Not to mention the fact that Nicki Minaj has stage presence down to a T, so prepare for some  badassery:

Imagine Dragons

Last, but certainly not least, I think this is going to be the performance of the night. Mark it down kids, I'm calling this becoming a hair-raising, not-a-dry-eye-in-the-house rendition by Imagine Dragons.  I'll admit that I'm biased, my love for this band knows no bounds, and I'm sure that performing at the BBMA's in their hometown will be another shining achievement in their booming career. Imagine Dragons isn't going to bring one of their original songs to the stage; they're going to cover Ben E. King's "Stand By Me". Commence magical experience:

Who are you looking forward to seeing perform? Is there anyone not performing this year that should be? Let us know in the comments! We'll see you tonight - be sure to follow along on Twitter under our hashtag: #PopBBMAs!
