Do you ever have trouble with trolls while enjoying Twitter? The company has launched a solution which may be pretty helpful. Users may now put blocked harassers into lists and can share them through exporting with other users, effectively stopping the trolls. So far this is not a perfect solution but with improvement, it could become great.
Users currently have the ability to block or mute unwanted advances on the site but others need assistance more due to mass harassment like celebrities. The new tool was rolled out to some users today but will be available to everyone in a few weeks.
It appears to be a two step process:
Step 1: "To export or import a list of blocked accounts, navigate to your blocked accounts settings on twitter.com. Click on the advanced options drop-down menu and select the action you want to take."
Step 2: "To download a list of your blocked accounts, select the export option and confirm the accounts you want to export."
Hopefully, this will help Twitter users in the future. Twitter is making steps in the right direction and we would like it to continue.
