Union J has a sophomore studio album in the works and the excitement has already started to grow. After dropping the record's lead single, "Tonight (We Live Forever)", the band has moved on to its follow-up, "You Got It All". The song is not only out, but is also accompanied with a proper music video.
The track serves as a great love song, with a big production based on a main piano line, in true balladry fashion. It's a majestic kind of thing, with choir-like backing vocals and everything. There's massive instrumentation, beautiful vocals and the melancholic approach of a boyband-helmed ballad - you've seen boybands doing it before and you'll see it done again and again through the years, as long as it works in terms of affection.
The music video is a casual clip for a ballad; nothing more, nothing less. Shot entirely in black and white, it finds the boys performing the tune in the middle of buildings. With the spotlight on Union J, their shadows are created on the walls for an even grander feeling. Even though it's got all the cliché elements of a boyband's visual for a ballad, these guys manage to pull it off pretty well.
