"What is that fuckin' thing?" Is it dead? Is it hurtin'? Is it Moby Dick? Or is it a sea monstah? Michael Bergin doesn't know.
A video uploaded to his Facebook page shows Bergin and his buddy Jason "Jay" Foster encountering some sort of weird looking fish swimming near the surface. Gaining over a million views in the past few hours and the recognition of popular online publications such as Boston.com and E Online, Bergin reacts in the most Boston way possible--with a boatload of swears.https://www.facebook.com/mikeybrgn/videos/10200957083166738/
"Ho-ly shit look at this fuckin' thing!" Bergin yells at the start of the five minute video. "Oh my God, what the fuck is that, bro? Jay what the fuck is that?...We seein' some shit we ain't never seen before, kid."
Upon seeing the fish, Bergin suggests "get[ting] that fuckin' thing in the boat" for a variety of reasons, such as "We gotta help it," "We can get some big money for that if it's a fuckin' fish," and finally "There is still good meat on that fuckin' fish."
Believe it or not, the two actually manage to hook the fish. A second, shorter (but just as vulgar) video posted to Facebook allows us to see just how "fuckin' nuts" this fish is. "Look at you, mothahfuckah!" an excited Bergin offers the boat's new guest.https://www.facebook.com/mikeybrgn/videos/10200956162583724/
"We gotta call the aquarium or somethin', dude," Bergin tells Jay. And according to Tony LaCasse, media relations director for the New England Aquarium, the fish is a sunfish and "not a sea monster."
Sunfish or sea monstah, one fact remains certain: "This thing is fuckin' nuts."
