Academy Award nominated actress and ‘How To Get Away with Murder’ star Viola Davis is gearing up for her return to the big screen, this time alongside global superstar and ‘American Idol’ judge Jennifer Lopez in the upcoming Lila And Eve.

The film follows a distraught mother (Davis) who is convinced by another mother in a support group (Lopez) to take the law into their own hands and search for the killer of Davis’ son. The action quickly turns chaotic however, as the ladies become embroiled in a murder of their own.

As always, it looks like we’re in for a masterpiece performance from the incomparable Davis, and it’s refreshing to see Miss Lopez show off her acting chops once again.

We all know she can act. Do you all remember ‘Selena’??

This looks INTENSE and I can’t wait for it!!
