Wade Robson’s Michael Jackson Rape Lawsuit DISMISSED

One has to wonder what really happened. A judge in the Wade Robson rape lawsuit against the estate of Michael Jackson has dismissed the suit.

Wow.

Choreographer Wade Robson’s claims against the late King of Pop, Michael Jackson have been dismissed by a judge, sources are reporting.

The MJ estate attorney spoke with RadarOnline, saying that Robson’s rape case has been dismissed by Judge Mitchell Beckloff:

Our Motion for Summary Judgment was granted and Robson’s Request to File a Late Claim against the Estate was denied.”

“The court’s dismissal of Wade Robson’s claim against the Estate of Michael Jackson confirms that his lawsuit was inappropriately filed,”

“Mr. Robson testified under oath in a courtroom that Michael never did anything improper with him. The Estate believes his testimony was honest when his sole motivation was ‘to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth” attorney Howard Weitzman said.

Robson’s legal team was persistent in his change in story, saying he wasn’t fully aware of what Michael had done to him until years later during therapy.

In case you weren’t aware, Wade was the star witness in the 2005 molestation trial of Jackson, when he swore under oath that Michael never touched him. He changed his tune years later that Michael had sexually molested him from 1990 to 1997.

No word yet from Wade’s attorneys.
