As we are all total Thor addicts who cannot wait until the premiere hits cinema screens next week, thank the gods they've released this epic vid of B-roll footage! It's awesome. It's also fairly spoilery so if you're in the minority and don't want to be spoiled, look no further! Thor: The Dark World is set to be an epic superfilm... And based on the insight we get here into how Marvel's hammer toting hero will make it to the big screen this time around, I don't think we're about to be let down. Not. At. All. The nearly 15 (!!) minute video lets us glimpse all the movie's main players: Chris Hemsworth, Natalie Portman, Stellan Skarsgård, Jaimie Alexander, Christopher Eccleston, Idris Elba, and Tom Hiddleston among others. (What the heck is Loki screaming about at 11:56?) We get a glorious sense of how director Alan Taylor and cinematographer Kramer Morgenthau worked on the film, envisioning some of the stunning shots we've already savoured in promos and trailers. We also get to check out what some of the action looks like in real life, without all the CGI magic. It's still pretty ace watching them rotate a lorry. The costuming and set design already looks spectacular and even without dialogue we can already glean so much from the characters in these short, muted scenes. The much awaited sequel to Thor, will see the estranged brothers, Loki and Thor, put aside their differences to defend their home realm, Asgard, from vengeful beast, Malekith and the rest of his angry race. Thor: The Dark World, also promises the romantic reunion of Thor and Jane Foster, a clever earthling scientist who hasn't seen him since he abandoned her at the end of the first movie. I'm sure she'll understand. There's also the whole can Thor ever trust the trickster god, Loki again?  He probably shouldn't but we're guessing he will. Check out the full vid below: Thor: The Dark World hits cinemas October 30 in the UK and November 8.
