Guess what, my fellow technology junkie comrades? Thanks to a German website, here is a leaked video
of the new Microsoft Windows 9--and let me tell you, it looks fantastic.
I know, I know many of y'all complained about the Modern U, and how this new introduction is too difficult to use on nontouch PCs. Not to mention, everyone loves Windows 7, so why in the world should we get all excited about Windows 9?
Hold your horses there, and don't be so quick to judge. Windows 9 will see the return of the Start menu, as well as let users boot straight to the classic Windows desktop and bypassing Modern UI. Not to mention, they will get rid of that confusing Charms Bar that existed on Windows 8.
At least Microsoft realizes the mistakes they make in previous devices, and do their best to correct their errors and make their new systems even better. Take notes, Apple!
Other neat features includes allowing users to create and run multiple virtual desktops, as well as the introduction of Cortana, which until recently only existed on the Windows Phone. Cortana is similar to Apples Siri, except she is sexier, blue, and comes with a badass military Spartan. That's right, you're one step closer to being exactly like Master Chief, except for the whole armor and dramatic background thing.
This is just one step closer for Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, who had the wonderful dream for a common Windows core that can run across all devices like PCs, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. A rather interesting viewpoint, I must say. Having all devices on one core would make things a lot easier, but what happens if that core crashes? Maybe Nadella has other plans? Or maybe he wants to rule the world and control everyone's minds?! Oh God, Robin Williams was right!
