Jimmy Fallon, the host of The Tonight Show, is know for putting A-list stars through their paces. His past stunts include a lip syncing battle with Emma Stone, forcing Kevin Hart to go on a roller coaster and inviting Michelle Obama to a sleepover with Will Ferrell.

On Monday night, Zac Efron, the We Are Your Friends star, was one of the apprehensive guests on Fallon's show. The pair chatted about Efron's upcoming movie Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates as well as his heroic encounter with a shark during filming. Then, as always, things got weird.

Fallon challenged Efron to a game of Russian Roulette with a difference; bullets were replaced with yolks. The pair were faced with a box of twelve eggs, eight of which were hard-boiled and four of which were raw. They then preceded to take turns to smash the eggs on their foreheads and hope for the best.

Zac Efron acreated the challenge in style, only stopping a couple of times to proclaim his love for his suit and say "I have no fear of eggs". Whereas, Jimmy Fallon seized the task with fevered looks of concentration and his own sound effects. Things quickly take a turn for the worst when Efron takes his second choice of egg. Yolk quickly bursts over his hair and makes his way down his grey suit jacket, he somehow manages to pull it off, though.

We wouldn't want to ruin the anticipation of finding out who the winner is, so watch the video to see who pretails at Egg Roulette. Though, when you're covered in egg on national television, is anyone really a winner?
