As expected, the Sixers and Lakers drafted Markelle Fultz and Lonzo Ball. How closely did the rest of the 2017 NBA Draft align with predictions?

The Boston Celtics were lucky enough to come away with the No. 1 pick in the draft, but the team opted to trade the pick to the Philadelphia 76ers in exchange for the No. 3 pick and a future first rounder. This is the second year in a row that the Sixers have the No. 1 pick. Earlier this week, the Sixers announced that they planned to draft Markelle Fultz with the No. 1 pick and did so. As expected, the Lakers drafted Lonzo Ball with the No. 2 pick. How closely did the rest of the lottery align with mock drafts?

A few proposed draft night trades shook things up a bit. The first involved Jimmy Butler being sent to Minnesota in exchange for their No. 7 pick going to Chicago. The second involved Sacramento trading their No. 10 pick to Portland for their No. 15 and No. 20 picks. Denver traded the No. 13 pick to Utah for the No. 24 pick and Trey Lyles.

The number of freshmen drafted in the first round dominated the 2017 NBA Draft night conversation. The top 7 picks were all freshmen, out of 11 selected in the lottery overall. And the NBA wants to raise the age minimum?

How did your team fare? Did they select the player you wanted in the 2017 NBA draft?

Updated to include the rest of the first and second round picks.
