Earlier this week, PopWrapped’s own Jonathan Frahm got to sit and chat with New York artist Adam Clark in an exclusive interview . Since then, I got the chance to listen to Clark’s single “King of The Sky”, and I will be the first to say that, although I am a newcomer to Clark’s music, the song does not disappoint.

When I first listened to the track, I heard his strong vocals in singing what I soon learned was some of the chorus, “I’ll be the king, the king, the king of the sky”, which set the mood for the entire rest of the track.  Clark displays powerful lyrics, and different instrumentals throughout the song that will have me singing in the car every time the comes on my iPod. The song also has a great modern feel to it as a whole as well (I would watch out Imagine Dragons; Adam Clark is coming after you).

In all seriousness, “King Of the Sky” is a very upbeat and inspiring song that has a great message to it.  Look out world, I’m sure you will be seeing more of Adam Clark in the near future. I’ll be the first to say you have a new fan, Adam, and I can’t wait to hear more from you.

You can take a listen to “King Of The Sky” below, and don’t forget to get your copy on iTunes.
