It has just been announced that pop singer Carly Rae Jepsen will takeover the role from Laura Osnes in the Broadway production of Cinderella!
The “Call Me Maybe” singer will begin a limited 12 week run February 4th. She will join the one and only Fran Drescher, who is set to make her own debut in the show as “Madame.”
Jepsen said of the new step in her career: “It’s so hopeful and inspiring. I’ve always been one to believe in the impossible, so I relate to her character completely.”

We can’t wait to hear her reviews!
What do you think? Is the Canadian songstress cut out for the Great White Way?
