American Horror Story: Coven might have just ended, but that doesn’t mean that we aren’t getting ready for the next season.

Previously, Ryan Murphy confirmed that the next season would take in 1950’s and revealed that Jessica Lange has already started working on her German accent.

Well now, we might have another clue as to what happens next season.

During the finale episode, Myrtle Snow was burned at the stake and yelled out “Balenciaga” as her final word. This left many fans confused as to why she would choose to yell out the name of the famous French fashion house.

What is the connection exactly? Well believe it or not, one of Balenciaga’s models in the 1950’s, Brigitte Höss, was the daughter of Rudolph Höss, the commidant of Auschwitz. After escaping Nazi Germany, she started modeling for the fashion house and soon moved to Washington D.C., after her father was hanged, where she worked as a manager of one of the city’s biggest boutiques.

Brigitte was young during the 1950’s so many of the show’s actresses can play her and Nazi Germany seems like something that American Horror Story would touch upon.

So what do you think? Do you think that this is a possible storyline for the next season of American Horror Story or do you think something else is going to happen? Either way, Ryan Murphy will certainly keep us at the edge of our seats.
