Firefighters from Reading, Massachusetts recently went above and beyond to melt a little girl’s fear.

The 4-year-old was with her mother and little brother at a hair salon, and on their way out of the building, the elevator got stuck.

The only way out was for the three of them to climb a ladder and go over a wall, but Kaelyn Kerr was too scared to do it. The firefighters asked her what her favorite movie was and, unsurprisingly, she replied that it was Disney hit Frozen.

So in order to coax her up the ladder, the men started to sing “Let It Go”, made famous in the animated movie by actress/singer Idina Menzel.

Kaelyn was entertained enough to climb the ladder after their performance.
