Supernatural star Jared Padalecki (Sam Winchester) and his wife, Genevieve just announced the name of their youngest son. After a month of keeping fans in the dark about the name of the child, born December 22, Genevieve posted a picture of Padalecki holding the baby on Twitter with the accompanying tweet:

Shepherd is the youngest of their two sons and their second child in almost four years of marriage. His older brother, Thomas Colton, will be two this March.
