After a recent string of altercations with paparazzi, Yeezus rapper Kanye West has had yet another run-in with the paps.

The rapper, who is currently facing misdemeanor battery and attempted grand theft charges after a conflict with a photographer on July 19, is reportedly seeking legal action against a photographer who repeatedly questioned him at his home on September 27 at around 4am. Why? Reportedly the photographer was intent on hearing what Kanye had to say about his feud with Jimmy Kimmel, which spawned from Kimmel parodying an interview West had recently done on BBC Radio 1.

In the video below, West, clearly agitated, can be heard telling the paparazzi to “shut the f*ck up.” He can also be seen charging towards one of the reporters in an effort to seemingly knock the camera out of his hand.

West believes the paparazzi were trespassing on his property and plans to file a police report, asking that they be charged with criminal trespassing.

Fellow musician Chris Brown recently took to twitter to defend West’s words and actions saying this:

West has recently been trying to avoid the paparrazi, particularly in the wake of the birth of his daughter with Kim Kardashian.

What do you think? Was Kanye’s privacy violated by the paparazzi or were they just doing their job?
