Not gonna lie, I am more than a little confused by this story–not to mention quite worried.

Darius Wlodarski chose to take part in the Apple mania surrounding the iPhone 6 because he thought it would help him win back his wife, who recently left him after 20 years together.

“Since we split up, I have realized that I was not a very good father or husband. I did so many things wrong, so I want to say sorry to my wife and daughter. I bought her an iPhone 5 two years ago and she was delighted. She told me she would like an iPhone 6 because it had a bigger screen but realized we could not afford it but still, I want to buy it for her,” he explained.

Currently unemployed because of health problems, 41-year-old he bought the phone with his credit card after waiting in line for 44 hours.

I do wish the best for the Wlodarskis, but I don’t think such a trivial product should be the basis for the repair of their marriage.

If you truly believe you were neither a good father nor a good husband, Darius, quality time with your daughter and wife is the only thing that can fix that.
