Producer Neal Moritz has signed a two-year deal with CBS Television Studios and is moving on from Sony Pictures Television.

Neal Moritz owns his own production company called Original Film. Along with Vivian Cannon, Moritz will develop and executive produce drama and comedy series for CBS.

The duo have recently produced the hit Showtime drama The Big C, which recently wrapped its fourth and final season.

Moritz has many credits with film production that include the entire Fast & Furious franchise, 21 Jump StreetI Am LegendSweet Home Alabama and the upcoming film R.I.P.D, staring Jeff Bridges and Ryan Reynolds.

We look forward to the new series that may join other hits on CBS.
